1099 Annual Filing Service
$15 per 1099

Staying compliant with IRS 1099 rules can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. Fournier BookKeeping makes it easy to stay on top of your contractor reporting, helping you avoid costly mistakes and penalties.
Beginning in 2026, businesses are required to issue 1099s for contractor payments of $2,000 or more within a calendar year. Failure to file on time or missing filings can lead to IRS penalties ranging from $60 to $630 per form, and those costs can quickly add up.
For a flat fee of $15 per form, I’ll handle everything — preparing and filing your 1099s with the IRS by email, and emailing copies directly to your contractors. Everything is managed accurately, securely, and on time by January 31st, so you can relax knowing you’re fully covered for compliance.
Review & Reconciliation (R&R)
$200 per Quarter
Up to two business accounts; designed for low-transaction-volume clients.
R & R (Review and Reconciliation) is designed for freelancers and small/medium business owners who value professional BookKeeping without the high price tag.
Suppose you’re not quite ready for monthly BookKeeping but still want assurance that your financial records are accurate. R & R service is designed for you. We’ll review your transactions quarterly to ensure they’re correctly categorized, make any corrections, and provide guidance.

I orchestrated a promo fan club blitz for the rock sensation Quiet Riot in my early career. With my innate creative spark and marketing mojo, I lit a wildfire in the world of promotions. Their 1983 album skyrocketed to the coveted No. 1 spot on the U.S. charts, achieving platinum status five times over.
I wrote a book, “Keep on Rollin’: My Fan Club Years with Kevin DuBrow and Quiet Riot,” in March 2023. It celebrates the 40th anniversary of Metal Health.
